To complete the commission process (creation, alterations, and finalizing your artwork)
For record keeping and organizing our work
Message correspondence and subsequent interactions (including final approval of your commission)
To protect both you and the chosen artist in case of disputes or chargebacks after service completion
To document all communications and approvals, as a safeguard against fraudulent claims

3. Protecting against chargebacks

To protect both you and the artist, all interactions related to your commission, (including contact, changes/revisions, add-ons, and approvals) are documented, timestamped, and stored. This ensures both parties are protected in case of chargebacks or disputes.

We take reasonable steps to keep your personal information safe. While no method of online communication is 100% secure, we do everything we can to protect your data from unauthorized access or misuse.
